Small but cosy room on the ground floor of a 4 bed house with a window looking into the garden. The room fits a double bed and is adjacent to a toilet with the main bathroom being upstairs on the second floor.

We are looking for someone who is clean and tidies up after themselves. Someone who wants to engage in flat outings but respects people’s quiet times. If interested please message and write a little about yourself and what you like to do!

You’ll be living with 3 other housemates who all work in the architecture industry.

The shared spaces include living room, kitchen, garden, bathrooms and a garage. The bedroom comes unfurnished.

Lots of shops nearby only a couple of mins walk, great independent coffee shops, restaurant’s and pubs about. Close to 2 great parks - Myatts and Ruskin.
