I’m moving out of my flat in Camberwell so we’re looking for someone to take my room! It’s a spacious double (furnished) with a desk, and the main bathroom is all yours!

You’d be living with my bestie Penny (pictured below!). She’s 28, works in tech (hybrid) and is super fun - she’s big into wine, loves working out, cooking and travelling ☀️

We’re looking for someone who works hybrid, who has a busy life but also wants to be sociable and is clean.

Price: £1150pcm + bills
Date: We’re looking for someone ideally from 1st August
Duration: We’d love for someone to stay for at least a year but we’re open to flex if it’s a little shorter - basically open!
Location: We’re just off Camberwell High Street - so many cool bars, restaurants, shops and it’s super central! About 15 mins walk from Oval tube & Denmark Hill station but there are also so many bus links here
