Camberwell Room

Heya!
We’re looking for a new flatmate in late August!

🌞The Room:
A massive double with a lot of storage (2 big wardrobes and a chest of drawers).
£810 before bills; about £950-960 after. Deposit: £383.33

🪩The Flat:
Ground floor flat in an early-20th century building. There’s a big shared garden at the back and a gorgeous park directly opposite. Spar & Co-op are just a street away, and Camberwell high street about a 10 minute walk.

Because it’s an old building it can get a bit nippy in winter but stays deliciously cool in summer. Over the recent heatwave, it was dramatically cooler indoors which was a blessing!

👯‍♀️The Flatmates:
You'll be living in a lovely home with two girls, Ellys and Sabrina.

Ellys is a journalist who loves spending her free time outdoors. She also has a cat named Mack, although he doesn't spend much time in the shared areas because Sabrina has allergies. Sabrina works freelance in post-production and enjoys spending her free time with friends and her partner.

Every now and then, we'll have friends over for dinner or family staying in our rooms, but it's definitely not a party flat.

We're looking for someone who's clean (and happy to stick to a cleaning rota), considerate, and easygoing. We'd love to find someone who wants the flat to feel like home and would be up for the occasional flat dinner.

🚂Transport:
Oval tube (northern line; 15-20 minute walk)
Sooo many buses a street away that get you to Victora / Waterloo / Euston in about 30-40 minutes

🗓️Move-in:
I’m planning to move out on 28th August, so it would be amazing if 29th worked as a move-in date, but give us a shout if you need flexibility on this!
