Subletting my room for the month of August - available from 25th July if you’d like to move in earlier.

Located in Camberwell - SE5
- 343/136 Bus stop just outside the house takes you to Elephant and Castle, Peckham, London Bridge.
- 20 min walk to E&C and Peckham.
- 7 min walk to Camberwell high street with loads of good independent restaurants
- 2 min walk to Burgess Park
- 30 second walk to corner shop and post office

The house:
- the room doesn’t get too hot as it’s on a shadier side of the house. I also have a fan you can use.
- there is a desk and good WiFi
- kitchen is always cool
- lovely garden
- Very tidy and friendly flatmates (all in late 20s/early 30s - 2 women and 2 men)
- Brand new kitchen (renovated in April)
- 1 bathroom and and 1 toilet

Housemates are social and friendly if you wanna have a chat but we also value alone time!

The house generally feels calm as everyone works different schedule
