Double room available in spacious Camberwell House

Hello! Both my housemates are sadly moving out to live with their partners after living here for 3 years. I’ve been living here for 3 months & love the house & area.

This is a spacious house over two floors. It has a lovely kitchen that opens onto a small balcony. Large lounge with a dining table which can also be used for working from home. A large bathroom and plenty of storage.

The house is opposite Brunswick Park so ideal for popping over for coffee and picnics in the park.

Transport:
Denmark Hill Overground - 15 min walk.
Oval Tube - 30 min walk - there are plenty of buses which take you there from the end of the road.

A bit about me…
My name's Eloise, I’m 27 & I work in sustainability and renewable energy. I’m usually in the office around 3 days a week.

In my free time I enjoy running, yoga, anything outdoorsy like camping and hiking. I also enjoy cooking lots of veggie and vegan food. As well as exploring London's many galleries, parks, cafes, and the occasional night out.

I would love to find someone who’s a good fit and has a mix of their own things going on but is also equally down for exploring some of the many great local pubs. I’m looking for someone who is clean and tidy.

Move-in date is the 1st September.

Deposit: £500
Bills not included and are approx £120 a month.
