Description
Hello! 👋🏻
After a lovely first year living in London together, my bestie is moving in with her partner and sadly, leaving her room in our lovely wee South London flat.
The room is a small double which comes unfurnished, but includes a small, slightly knackered wardrobe, but it does the job! As the room is small it’s the cheaper of the two and I am happy to make room for any other furniture you may have in the living room, so you have more space for storage etc! It does fit a double bed, side table and chest of drawers, plus there has been a desk in there in the past but we’d need to get rid of the wardrobe. Happy to discuss how this would all work at a viewing as I’m aware there are logistics to it!
The rest of the flat is also quite small, but cosy and we’ve made it our own little nest away from the big city. There’s lots of space for you to bring your own stuff and I will probably take some living room furniture into my room, so also space for your own furniture in the shared space too. As the room is small, I would say it is best suited to someone who doesn’t work remotely/hybrid, and has either an office full time or a studio space to work from.
Bills come to about 150 a month but this changes at different times of the year. Our landlord is also lovely and very hands off! Move in date can be flexible too for the right person.
You’d be living with me - Heather, a film programmer who loves running, cooking and the cinema! This definitely isn’t a party flat and I like my own time to recharge, but definitely up for finding a friend rather than a flatmate. Shared dinners and pub trips are always on the cards 😌
Would love to know a bit about yourself, so please do message with this and any questions you might have of the room :) thanks, Heather xx
