Hi there!

My housemates are sadly moving out of our three bed house and as such, I’m looking for their replacements.

The house is located in Camberwell, and it’s got great transport links to most central areas:

*5 min walk to multiple buses going straight into London Bridge, Liverpool Street, Oxford Circus and many more
*15 min walk to the overground (Denmark Hill)
*18 min walk to the train station (Loughborough Junction)
*20 min walk to the northern line (Oval Station)

The smaller room is £880 per month without bills, and the larger room is £910 without bills.

Bills come down to roughly £140-£160 in the winter months and roughly £100-£110 in the warmer months.

About me:

I’m Lolade, a 24 year old working in HR & Operations for a small city firm. I’m friendly and easy going, typically spending my evenings watching TV or singing whilst playing my guitar! 🎸

I value cleanliness and would really appreciate housemates who align well on this.
That being said, I love a good girls chat and keen to have an all girls house where we can unwind at the end of a busy work day together! 🧘‍♀️🍾

About you:
I’d be looking for two lovely girls in their twenties (ideally 22-28) to come join our home. Ideally you’ll be a working professional in London, are easy going, clean and friendly.

You’ll need to pass all references from the letting agency and be able to move in for the scheduled date.
