Location: Brooke Hall, 17 Flodden Road, London SE5 9LH. Convenient for UAL students, especially Camberwell College of Arts, and with good transport links to central London.

This is an official tenancy takeover / replacement tenant arrangement through Brooke Hall, not a private sublet. The accommodation provider will handle the official transfer and new tenancy process.
