Room available in lovely large house

So sad to finally say goodbye to this house. I’ve been here two years and it has been my best living situation ever.

The house - had a huge kitchen dining room with two stoves/oven/fridge and loads of extra storage space. Washing machine and tumble dryer. We also have a garden and have enjoyed nice BBQs in this summer heatwave! Friendly household - we are always happy to have a chat! Although everybody has busy social lives so you’ll often find yourself with lots of space to yourself. We have three bathrooms. So there’s two people per bathroom, and we share the cleaning amongst ourselves. We get a cleaner a few times a year for a deep clean.

The room: is on the second landing with a large window facing the garden. It’s the smallest of the house (hence the price) but it still fits a wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed and desk!

Travel: lots of bus routes very close by into E&C and London Bridge. Cycling is the best in this area. We have a space just off of the kitchen to store bikes. If you have a car, you can apply for parking on the road.
