Aussie/Brit couple, mid-30s.
Alexandra works for a global media charity and as a photographer.
Florian works as an osteopath after years in specialty coffee.
We're both active and sociable. We love cycling, cooking, hiking, gym, hosting the occasional dinner party and our indoor plants.

• 3 bed flat/2 bathrooms (1 ensuite used by us)
• Our second bedroom is used as an office/guest room
• Spacious kitchen, living room and balcony
• Fully kitted out kitchen including coffee machine, soda stream
• 10 minute walk to Denmark Hill station
• 1 minute walk to bus stop/hub with several central-bound buses
