Hey! I’m looking for someone to rent the spare room in my 2-bedroom flat in Camberwell, SE5.

The flat is a nice, relaxed place to live and has everything you’d need. The room is a good-sized furnished double, with plenty of storage and lots of natural light.

The flat is in a great spot for getting around London, with good transport links nearby, plus plenty of shops, cafés, pubs, restaurants and green spaces around Camberwell (Ruskin Park is next door).

As I live here too, I’m ideally looking for someone who’s clean, respectful and easy-going. I’m pretty laid back and happy to have a chat/drink together, but equally happy for us both to do our own thing and have our own space.

Loughborough Junction – 5 mins walk
Denmark Hill – 10–12 mins walk
Brixton – 18–20 mins walk

Excellent transport links into Central London, with Thameslink, Overground and Victoria Line services all within easy reach.

I’m looking for someone who feels like a good fit rather than just filling the room, so it would be nice to meet up and see how we get on.
