It is a 3-bed flat with a shared kitchen and living area, a bath and shower plus a small garden with BBQ table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with an American style fridge freezer. Smart heating, Ring doorbell and crazy fast broadband throughout.

£1,200 pcm per room with all bills included: council tax (band C), water, gas, electricity and broadband. Available now on a rolling monthly basis with no minimum stay, so short or long term are fine.

Transport. Oval on the Northern Line is fifteen minutes on foot, Brixton on the Victoria Line about twenty. Loughborough Junction is the closest station at ten minutes, straight through to Blackfriars, Farringdon and King's Cross on Thameslink. Denmark Hill is the same walk for the Overground.

The flat is on the edge of Myatt's Fields Park. Tennis courts and a good cafe. King's College Hospital, the Maudsley and the KCL Denmark Hill campus are a short walk, as are Herne Hill and Camberwell Green. Camberwell College of Arts is a fifteen minute walk or a single bus.

I'm a live-in landlord. Professional in my thirties, tidy and like a nice space without being precious. There is a Bengal kitten in the flat so you will need to be comfortable with cats.
