Double Room En-suite (heating and wifi included)

Looking for 1 more flatmate for an ensuite - serious/ready-to-move enquiries please!

Hi! My friend and I have found a place we really like and we’re looking for one more person to buddy up with us and take the ensuite room in Camberwell SE5. Move in max by October but we need the property by 23rd!

We haven’t viewed the property yet, so you’d be able to view it with us (virtually is also an option) before we put an offer down. London flats move ridiculously fast though, so we’re ideally looking for someone who is actively searching and genuinely in a position to move forward if we all like the place. We completely understand plans can change, but we unfortunately can’t risk someone dropping out last-minute once we’ve started the offer process.

A few details:

• Ensuite room

• Heating + Wi-Fi included (!! genuinely a steal for London)

• We’re hoping to negotiate the overall rent slightly with the landlord, although the advertised price for the ensuite remains the same

• UK guarantor would be a big plus

• Ideally a working professional

• Ideally a woman/AFAB person, just to balance out the household

As flatmates, we’re both super friendly and sociable - we love hosting, spontaneous plans/adventures, but equally appreciate peaceful nights in and having our own space. Basically looking for someone friendly, considerate and easy to live with.
