I have one furnished room available to rent immediately in my house (there is also the option of another room for storage at a small cost). Located literally seconds from the bars, eateries and restaurants of Camberwell the property also enjoys the beautiful Brunswick Park only a stroll away.

I have a dining room for communal use which is adjacent to the kitchen.

The house has seven bedrooms, one bathroom, two toilets and one utility room, and kept very clean and tidy. The house would ideally suit a professional person (i. e. Public sector worker). I am looking for someone who would appreciate living in tidy and clean surroundings.

The house rests along a highly sought after residential street literally moments from the heart of buzzing Camberwell. Take a 13 minute stroll up to Denmark Hill station where you can pick up fast services to Victoria, London Bridge and Blackfriars. Also, the house is just a short bus drive away from Elephant & Castle. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk from my house.
