Humble Double Room to rent £420 inc. bills!

Renting a comfortable room in Terraced house.

We are a couple advertising a Private Double Room (with single bed) available for rent in Camberwell, the house is in a quiet location, 5 minutes away from Camberwell/Walworth road.

We would like someone who is working full-time. The reason we mention this is as we play musical instruments and routinely play the congas, therefore it works best for both tenant and us not to inconvenience one another unless the tenant are open and enjoy music that's a plus!

-£420 per month (INCLUDES all utility bills gas/water/electricity and unlimited internet)

- Please note the house is not central heated, most people don't mind this however we do provide a heater and electric bed blanket if necessary.

-REQUIREMENTS and ROOM/AREA INFO:

- security deposit required (£210), rent would need to be paid upfront for the 1st month(£210 + £420 = £630).

- Deposit will be returned at the end of the notice period with the exception that nothing has been damaged.

-Fully furnished Double room, includes single bed, bed side table, 4 door wardrobe (lots of space), leather reclining sofa (2-3 seater) and storage space under bed.

-Large kitchen, includes washing machine, tumble dryer, stove/oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, grill. Stand in Shower and toilet are separate for convinience!

-Close to amenities (tesco superstore 15 min. walk across burgess park- old kent road , east street market, morrisons, new asda in peckham you can take the bus number 343 approx. 10 minutes, Burgess Park is right next to us, libraries, excellent bus and train/rail transportation to Central London (30 minutes to Trafalgar square) from Camberwell road. Bus stop is 5-8 minutes away.
