I have a furnished Double bedroom for rent in my 2 bed ground floor flat, on the Oval/Camberwell border (Zone 2).
With full use of all lounge, kitchen and bathroom facilities.

I am a friendly, easygoing professional gay guy, & I'm looking for a friendly professional person to rent the room for a maximunm of 5 nights per week.

You must be clean, tidy & respectful of both the shared areas & each others privacy. I want you to feel comfortable in the flat & I don't mind friends visiting, but request that they do not stay overnight.
Smokers are welcome but ask that they don’t smoke in the flat.

The room measures 13.5 ft X 7 ft & faces the quiet private gardens at the back of the property. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk, and a large wardrobe.

My flat is modern, clean and tidy, & is situated in a quiet tree lined street, very close to the vibrant & buzzing areas of Kennington, Vauxhall, Clapham, Brixton & Victoria, & is only 5 tube stops from Leicester Square on the Northern line - you can be in the heart of the west end in less than 20 mins!!

Buses go to Oval, Vauxhall, Victoria, Hyde park corner, Marble Arch & Paddington. Buses towards Tower Bridge, Kings Cross and Liverpool Street are from Camberwell Green, which is a few mins walk away
