large single, bright room in a large, warm family home. the room has wifi, fridge, microwave and is fully furnished. On the same floor is a lovely clean bathroom. Upstairs is a kitchenette with sink and electric kettle. There is use of washing machine.
camberwell arts college, the bus stop to all areas are within 3 minutes walk. there is excellent bus service to the west end, city, elephant castle, oval station....etc.
kings college hospital and denmark hill station is 10 minutes walk.
there are lots of shops, restaurants. bars, leisure centres and cinemas within walking distance.
rent includes all utility bills.
this would suit a clean. quiet person who likes their privacy as a lodger and is not fussy about cooking although there is use of the kitchen if necessary.
Required is one months rent as deposit and one months rent in advance.
