Double room in Friendly Camberwell House

Hi from Rachel, Jacopo, Yue, Liam, and Jess. We have a double room going, located on the second floor, good light and although average size is well kitted out (wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed).

The house is set over three floors with two toilets, a bathroom and a shower cubicle, big kitchen and separate big living/dining room. We also have a back garden (needs some TLC so if you're green fingered it could be a fun project).

Denmark Hill and Loughborough Junction are the closest stations, both a 5 min walk away, and loads of buses to all parts of London go from Camberwell Green and Brixton tube is a 5 min bus ride or 15 min walk away.

You'll be sharing with 3 guys and 2 girls aged between 24 and 32. We are all from mixed professions (marketing, art, development and retail) and while we all very much have our own lives and interests its important to find someone who is easy going and doesn't take themselves too seriously. Please note whilst we're all relaxed individuals this is not a party house.

Bills come to about £60-80 per month each including a cleaner who comes weekly.

Deposit is £350 and there are no agency fees. Room must be taken from October 16th. You will also be expected to take over responsibility for one of the utility bills.

Viewings will take place on 27th and 28th Sept - please don't message if you can't make those dates as it's quite a task getting everyone to be in at the same time!
