We are looking for a flatmate for a lovely two bedroom flat on a quiet street in Camberwell / Denmark Hill near to Kings College Hospital. The flat is located on the third floor. There is a large living room with lots of natural light. The bedroom is in the back of the flat away from the street. The room is newly decorated and the furniture is less than a year old. Although the room is small, there is plenty of storage space.

Excellent transport links including lots of buses at Camberwell Green, 10 minute walk to Denmark Hill station and Loughborough Junction. Oval and Brixton Stations are a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus journey. You will be sharing with a couple who have lived in Camberwell for over four years. Bills are anticipated to be approx £80 a month per person for council tax and all utilities (incl internet).
