Double room over a park available immediately

I am a 26 year old sociable female, working in the fashion industry. I have lived in this flat very happily for nearly 3 years and I currently live with my sister who is moving out and I don't want to give the flat up!

I am very easy going and have lived with lots of different people over the years. I am not fussed whether I live with male or female housemates but ideally would like to find someone sociable with common interests or who also works in a creative industry and someone reasonably close in age to myself.

The flat is a really good space with big windows and amazing light. The kitchen was newly fitted and all floors replaced only 6 months ago. The whole flat is in very good condition and the balcony overlooks a beautifully kept park which has free tennis courts, a cafe, football and basketball courts, etc. We also have a large communal garden at the rear of the apartment block.

The block itself is a beautiful Victorian building containing around 25 flats. Neighbours are respectful, the letting agents are fantastic and we have maintenance men on hand to fix anything necessary in the flat and monitoring the security of the building.

There are parking spaces and pets are allowed.

The flat is about a 15 minute walk to Camberwell high street, 20 minute walk to Oval (nearest tube) or you can get numerous buses there and about a 20 minute walk to Brixton. There are also a number of buses that take you to Central or West London. I work in Westminster and can walk there in about 45 minutes!

Seeing as my current roommate is moving out mid month, I would ask for £250 from 19th June to cover the remainder of the rent for June (bills not necessary). And then the full rent from the 1st of every month (starting 1st July).

Bills are around £125 per month.

Deposit is £475.
