Upper floor has a well equipped, fitted kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine) and spacious living room (with sofa bed) whilst downstairs there are two double bedrooms and a shared bathroom.

The whole flat gets good natural light especially the room for rent as it backs onto the garden. It also has a large, 2m wide built-in wardrobe (not visible on pic) and some shelving/bedside units.

The secure garden basks in sunshine, if we get any, from noon till dusk with a shed, decking and purpose-built BBQ perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a medium-hard day's work.

Parking is available on street with a small charge during weekdays, free on weekends.

A wealth of colourful shops, markets, restaurants and amenities can be found on Walworth Road which is served by numerous and frequent buses heading north to Waterloo, Blackfriars, London Bridge (all 15 mins away) and onwards to central London. Buses run south to Camberwell, Dulwich, Brixton or Clapham to name a few.

You can enjoy two local parks with great leisure facilities like tennis courts and astroturf pitches and these often hold events and foodie festivals throughout the year.

Tube:
Kennington station or Oval station (Northern line, Zone 2) are both a 12 minute walk and Elephant & Castle station (Northern/Bakerloo line, Zone 1) is 20 mins walk.

I am a social, easy-going, 33 yr old guy working in marketing and like catching up with friends/family and getting away on holidays. I try and keep the house clean and tidy to make the most of it and hope you would too. A bit of banter goes down well and will happily cook odd meal together and go out for a cheeky drink (even on a school night) - hermits need not apply!
