I have a double room in a spacious flat available from early September for a non-smoking professional person. It's a top floor apartment a few minutes' walk from the centre of Camberwell, very close to Camberwell Art College and 15 minutes' walk from Denmark Hill and King's College Hospital.

Transport links to central London are good, it's about 12 minutes' walk to Peckham Rye rail and Overground and a number of bus routes into the city run from very close by. Street parking is available.

The rent will be £595pcm all bills inclusive (this includes broadband). Deposit will be £450.

I'm a 42 year old non-smoking legal professional.

References (financial and previous landlord) will be required by the Estate landlord and you'll be the second tenant on a minimum 6 month contract. This is a really nice flat in a great location at an excellent value rent.
