The room available is on the first floor of a 3-bed house located in a modern mews. The room is spacious, gets the morning sun and we have a massive common yard which is great for morning breakfasts, brunches & weekend bbq's and on a less social note, the any potential quarantines and social distancing.

The room comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There's ample room for a desk, book shelves and sofa/arm chair if you have your own.

There is a modern, gas powered kitchen combined dining.
The bathroom is only shared with one other, Connie, who is super clean and tidy.

Off-street parking is available and there is plenty of space for bikes.

We're located opposite the South London Gallery, about half way between Camberwell Green and Peckham with each about a 10 minute walk away.

You'll be sharing with:
Connie: Theatre producer, from Vermont.
James: Software developer from Australia. A keen cyclist. He's forever cleaning his bike in the garden.
Kuan: Architect, from New Zealand and part-time potter.

We have all been living in London for a few years now. Especially South London and love the community here. Looking for someone who is considerate, clean and tidy. We are all quite independent but enjoy socialising and having a bbq now and then.

Monthly rent £650
Bills come to about £85 each per month (council tax and utilities).
The deposit is £950 (approx 6 weeks rent).
The contract is drawn up through an agency. They charge £99+VAT for reference checks.

Move in date from end of June. Exact date to be confirmed.
