Hi there, we are a couple of Spanish young professionals (28 years old) looking to buddy up for this cozy and furnished 2 bed flat that is being renovated as you read this (finishing touches), in an amazing location in zone 2.

We aim to rent the bigger room of the two of them as a couple and the spare room is a single room with a double bed that has a fitted wardrove inside.

There is a nice living room and kitchen with all new appliances and one complete bathroom, wooden floors.

The location is a well known up & coming area with lots of grocery shops and really well connected to the center.

This is owned by private land lord and there are no agency fees.

The price is 680/months bills included (water, electricity - ther is no gas bill-).

We already love the flat but now need someone as interested to buddy up for this great deal!

The kind of flatmate we are looking for is someone whom we can feel at home with and become buddies, someone friendly, respectful and, this is important, someone who understands the importance of living in a tidy and clean place where you can feel comfortable when you step in. As important is to be trustworthy and pay your bills and shared expenses regularly as well as being collaborative with the house shopping and little housework.

We are looking for a professional single occupant (female or male) only. Ideally someone between 25-35 and with common interests with us such us: film, TV, design, art, cooking, resturants, exhibitions, travelling, photography, youtube videos...and goofing around in general.
