Newly refurbished flat, Camberwell - double room

We have a double room available in a newly refurbished garden flat in the centre of Camberwell, just 2 minutes walk from all buses and shops and less than 10 minutes walk to Denmark Hill Overground/Rail station. We have a new kitchen and bathroom and the whole place has recently been decorated.

The double room is a good size - 3. 35m x 2. 5m (11'x8'2") and is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside cabinet. There's easily enough space for a small desk too if needed.

Rent includes all bills, broadband access, cleaner and Council Tax and use of the entire flat. The flat also has a small garden/patio area and a garage where you could securely store a bike if needed.

We are a gay couple who are "live-in landlords" - plus Bella the (very house-trained) cat and Jasper the Cavachon puppy! (don't worry, we are meticulously clean people and same goes for our pets - the flat is not like a zoo!)

We are both clean and tidy easy going professionals (one civil servant 9-5/mon-fri, the other has own business so works varying hours and usually from home). We both take our work very seriously but also like to socialise and spend time in or out with friends - bars, clubs or restaurants, just as much as we like to chill at home on the sofa. We are looking for a flatmate who is a relaxed, tidy, friendly, working professional - just be a nice person and cool about living with two guys, a cat and dog!
