It's one stop to Clapham High Street and many buses that get you directly to Elephant and Castle / Oval station, Brixton, Peckham and Clapham within 10-15 minutes..

The flat is on the 3rd floor with a lift. The rooms are all furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers (at least). Desk and chair, if not included, can be. All bills are included in the price. There is a shared eat in kitchen, bathroom with shower over, and separate toilet. Please note there is no living room.

The other 3 rooms are taken by lovely, clean and tidy professionals - 2 males (British and Indian) and one British female.

The rooms are for one person only where the rent is fixed for a year.
