Short Stay In Camberwell, Zone Two!

Hi There,
I´m going on holidays for 12 days, from the 17th December to the 29th, and I would like to rent my room for just that period. My room is not huge but it has double bedroom, desk, chair, wardrobe, bookshelve and a massive windown to the park which is nice. It´s warm and have a lot of light.
It costs 230 for the 12 days, ( 11 nights), you have to pay half in advance but there is no deposit.
My flatmates are lovely and can help you anytime.
We have a living room, balcony, a nice kitchen one bathroom and one toilet.
Wifi is included.
My house is 10 minutes away from victoria station by bus, it´s very well connected. The area is mostly residential, however, Camberwell Green is just ten minutes away by walking and there are many pubs and good restaurants to enjoy. If you walk 20 minutes more, you can get to Peckham which is very alive and a good place to party at night.
It´s a safe place, near to parks, shops and many bus stops. The nearest tube station is Oval, ( 6 minutes walking).
