Summer rental in Camberwell

I'm heading to Cornwall now that I have graduated, and will need somebody to take my place in Camberwell.

The flat itself is fairly populous (w/residents and their partners) so it would perhaps not be the best choice for somebody seeking to work at home. The other flatmates are all very lovely and respectful, drawn from a variety of nearby colleges (Camberwell painter's, LCC film, RCSD, etc...)

Kitson Road is a prime location, tucked away from Walworth Road nr Burgess Park. The area is quiet and safe. The flat is within walking/cycling distance of several bars in Peckham and grocery shops in Camberwell Green/along the Walworth Road. There is a rather nice cafe at the end of our road, which is run as a co-op by local residents. There are also Tennis Courts very close nearby, and a multitude of buses [several 24 hour] that can take you towards central london in roughly half an hour.
