Fairly large room in a really nice, light and spacious house which is situated 3 minutes walk from the center of Camberwell with excellent transport links and access to amenities.
Our current flatmate is moving abroad this summer so the room is available any time from the second of august.
The decent sized bedroom gets loads of sunshine in the morning and early afternoon. It's fully furnished with a comfy double bed, set of drawers, large built in wardrobe, set of shelves, desk and chair. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite so the vacant room shares the main bathroom and toilet with the other bedroom.

The shared downstairs is probably the best bit of the house. The kitchen and living area is all open plan and gets loads of sun throughout the day because of the big windows on either side.

The kitchen is modern and well fitted. It includes a dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas hob, oven, microwave, george foreman grill, rice cooker, large fridge freezer and plenty of cupboards and drawers.

The landlord has furnished the lounge section really nicely with a coffee table, a couple of armchairs, a nice sofa, TV, and a dining table with chairs.

The back door leads out onto our own private patio which in turn leads onto the shared garden which is perfect for bbq's and summer gatherings.

The rest of the house has loads storage space if you've got loads of stuff.

Denmark Hill rail station is only a 4 minute walk away with trains to Victoria (10 mins), Kings Cross (30 mins), Shoreditch (25 mins) all coming regularly every 15-20 minutes. The bus links are also really good; the bus stop right outside our house is serviced by the 185, 176, 484 and the 40, which are mostly direct buses into Central London. Oval, Peckham and Elephant and Castle are all within a 10 minute bus journey from the middle of Camberwell.

You can walk to Morrison's in 4 minutes and Sainsbury's in about 6.

We're only about 5 minutes walk from Camberwell Green so there's a huge selection of places to eat and drink on our doorstep.

We're both 3rd Year students at KCL. Both open friendly people who like meeting new people and having a laugh.
