Spacious double room for rent in August

I am renting out my lovely double room for the whole of August.

The house is located right next to Camberwell College of Arts, only a 5-10 minute walk from both Camberwell Green and Peckham Rye. I live in a beautiful and spacious georgian terrace, with four bedrooms, kitchen with sofa and table and large roof terrace. My bedroom is on the top floor, with one large window, desk, wooden floorboards and wardrobe. The house provides a perfect balance of communal and private space, with the roof terrace perfect for the summer, and the kitchen big enough for socialising.

We are currently four art and design students who love the local area with its multitude of bars, restaurants, parks and good transport links. We have busses from outside our door running to central london (Oxford Circus, Covent Garden, Victoria) and the overground from Peckham rye up to Shoreditch and Dalston. It is also only a 15 minute bus journey to both Oval and Elephant & Castle where you can get on the northern tube line.
