Cosy room in frendly house, 6 Vestry Mews

Upstairs room in house in gated mews, 5 mins walk to Camberwell college of art and Camberwell Green, about 10/15 mins to Peckham Rye station. Near lots of lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and good nights out in South London (Brixton, Peckham, New Cross, Elephant and Castle and South Bank). Brilliant bus and overground connections, bus stop just around the corner, also good location to cycle around London from.
The room is compact but cosy and nice on the top floor in quite a big house with a balcony and garden. Extra cupboard space in corridor outside room and on ground floor.
There is a nice big sitting room with a TV, sofas and a table where you can work. One bathroom with bath and also downstairs toilet.
Utility room with washing machine and lovely modern kitchen with doors onto the garden.
Flat mates are very nice and friendly students.
I am going away on erasmus so need someone to stay in my room which is available from September to mid February.
There are no pictures yet, I am working on that and a viewing can be organised.
