Ideal For Someone On A Budget *Excellent Transport

Ok so this place in a nice gated housing development with modern surroundings. The house itself is a nice size. The room is big and has own private access. ITS VERY CLEAN!! I am only leaving because I have been accepted onto a masters course outside London.

Separate living room (although not the most modern). BUT it is super cheap and would definitely suit a student or someone on a low budget who just needs a nice room for a while.

The landlady is a Christian, so would prob suit a Christian more but she never really gets involved anyway.

Rent is super cheap!!! (which is largely because she doesn't want to make profit out of people!) BT high speed Internet is excellent and this place is pretty much a no brainer if you fit into the category of "I can't afford much but I want good value for what I can afford".

Oh, I will also say that the transport links are without a doubt AMAZING! (15 min bus journey into Central London!!)

Oval tube Station (10 min walk)
Denmark Hill Overground Station (15 min walk)
Elephant and Castle (10 mins)
Victoria (10 mins)
Buses: 12 (24h), 35, 36(24h), 45, 68, 148, 176 (24h), 484.
