Large double room to let in Camberwell

Up for rent is a large double room in a lovely house on the Peckham / Camberwell border. Please note this is a short term let, available until November 1st.

The room is a very spacious double, nicely furnished and light throughout the day, on the 3rd floor of a big end of terrace house. The house has a massive open plan kitchen / living area, a sun room and a roof terrace that gets the sun through most of the day (till about 5) and has been the scene of many a pleasant Sunday beer. There is also a well appointed kitchen and storage space for a bicycle. There are 3 others living in the house, all aged around 25, very relaxed, friendly and sociable. For the above mentioned price all utilities are included and no deposit will be required (though I would like to meet you first, and it would probably be good for you to come check the place out in person before committing if possible).

It really is a lovely place. Ideally I'm after a girl or a couple (for which the price would be increased by £30) who will look after the room and fit in nicely with the relaxed atmosphere of the house.
