Camberwell, Zone 2

I have a furnished double room (with a double bed) on the top floor of a Victorian Terrace. The bathroom has recently been done up and there's wooden floorboards throughout. The flat has all mod cons and the nearest overland station Loughborough Junction is 5 mins walk away.
The flat is walking distance to both Camberwell and Brixton, where there are pubs, cinema, restaurants, shops and parks. Looking for professional, happy people who will help me look after the place and make it enjoyable to live in!
Just a reminder that there's no sitting room, but the flat really is lovely, must be seen and our street is in a quiet area.

Looking for females, someone clean, tidy and no party animals please!
