Join our Lovely Home in Camberwell/Brixton

Hello there!

We are Sonia, Jasmine and Ben, looking for 1 new housemate to move into double bedrooms in our beautiful home in Loughborough Junction.

**The room is available 15th May.**

I (Sonia) have been living in the house for over 3 years and have just chosen 2 lovely new housemates to move in at the end of April. As we will all be getting to know each other there is a great opportunity to get involved and make the house feel like a home. I welcome anyone with nice pieces of furniture, art for the walls, a record player or a blender!

The house itself feels like a home. Its decorated beautifully and a great deal of care has been put into it. It's a large Victorian terraced house with a back garden, fruit trees and a ping pong table. We have a big kitchen with a dining table and a huge living room with a fireplace and sofa bed for guests. There is a bathroom on every floor. We're just round the corner from Loughborough Junction station and a short walk from Brixton and Camberwell.

The room available is bright and spacious double on the top floor of the house, at the back and overlooking the garden. It has wooden floorboards, there is some furniture although if you wish to get rid of it our landlady is really relaxed about taking anything not needed away.

We pay approx £70 each per month for bills- including council tax, water, gas, internet and heating.
