Large double room - Nice flat next to Burgess park

I'll be moving out around October 21st and we're looking for someone to take my room.

On offer is a good sized double room with a double bed and wardrobe.

The rent is £535. 50 a month (Spareroom doesn't allow for decimal points) The deposit is around one and a half months rent. The bills are around £85ish a month (gas, electric, council tax and internet) The letting agency will require references.

The flat has a decent sized kitchen/living room with a lot of storage space and the sofa is a sofa bed. The bathroom is modern and has a good shower. We also a small roof terrace with a shed.

My flatmate is a relaxed guy who likes to keep to himself and he's looking for someone similar. We're both working professionals and this isn't a party flat.
