Two double rooms available for students (130pw each), in nice clean flat. One is available from the 24th of September and the other from the 1st of October. The rooms come with a double bed and built in closets and the kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. You would be sharing with one female student in her mid-20s.

The flat has a nice and atmospheric living room, modern kitchen, double glazing and a cute little balcony. The flat is located in Camberwell Green, close to all amenities, 10 mins walk from Denmark Hill Station, 15 mins from Loughborough Station and Elephant and Castle tube station with many bus routes into central London and night buses.
We are a flatshare of three people, so you'd be sharing with two mid-20s girls.

Rent is 130 per week exlcuding bills (5-10 per week for internet, water, gas, electricity)
