- girls please.... please be nice, not weird
- absolutely non smoker.. not even socially
- clean & tidy (not neurotic... little ocd)
our flat is our safe place. we love going out to all hours but our flat has to be calm & cosy... good vibes only!! & lots of tea & biscuits : )
we both work in fashion full time (me weekends sometimes) & like hanging out on the weekends. we sometimes have my sister & our friends over but their all nice girls : )
its double bedroom with fitted wardrobe (nothing else)
shared bathroom, kitchen (brand new) & livingroom
the walls are just being painted & new carpet laid... so shoes off!!
its £600 for the room
the council tax is £153 split 3 ways
& we split the electric 3 ways (which is normally around £50 a month (before split))
will be ready to go 01. 11. 14 (soz)
