Also one of Londons biggest parks right outside the front door (Burgess park - This park has just had a 7 million pound revamp and now sports a BMX track, go carting track, adventure playground, a large lake and BBQ area. The bus stop is directly outside the property and is dubbed "the magic bus stop" as it goes everywhere. Particularly good when its sunny and you dont fancy the tube.
