Small Room w Double Bed In Gay Male Flatshare

Hello!

We have a lovely small room (double bed) to rent in a 4 bed flat (3 bed and converted living room) which is only 5 minutes walk from Oval tube station in Zone 2.

We are all gay males between the age of 27 and 30 and looking for another single gay male below the age of 30.

The room looks on to a quiet park so if your in to fitness there is a great park to run around or to sunbathe in the summer and also a Pure Gym less than 5 minutes walk.

We are only a 5 minute walk to Oval tube station which is Zone 2 on the Northern Line so it's perfect to reach anywhere in London quickly, especially the West End. Vauxhall is also only a 5 min bus ride from the bus stop outside the flat.

Ideally we are looking for someone in their 20's, perfect English speaking, reasonably quiet in the week as we all have full time busy jobs but also sociable enough to have a pint with in the Kennington pub, a small pub opposite the flat which is very gay friendly but not exclusively.

On the weekend we are out with our own friends, usually in Soho or Vauxhall & Clapham is also a short tube journey away.

There is no living room unfortunately but there is a small eating space in the kitchen to have a friend or date over for dinner.

All bills you can think of are covered by the rent which is £545 per month.
