There is a room available on the high street in Camberwell. It's a walk to Denmark Hill or bus ride to the Northern and Victoria lines.

The flat is furnished. There is a very comfy Warren Evans bed with underbed storage, plus a beautiful oak wardrobe. The bed is called a small double by the manufacturer. It's 115 cm wide. Most of the space in the flat is in the living room, which is massive. The kitchen is big and the garden space is nice. We have a barbecue.

There are loads of nearby amenities: tennis courts, parks, jazz at the crypt, Frank's, great pubs and restaurants (tons), close to the Tate. There is an amazing renovated Victorian lido and gym across the street. We are next to a cathedral and surrounded by good grocers with plenty of fresh produce.

There is shared access to the garden. It's nice for sitting out with a Pimm's or planting things in. Secure bicycle parking is available.

I'm really not into cigarette smoke. If you smoke, even sometimes, it's best if we don't live together.

I am reticent to put parameters on the sort of person that I'm looking for, as I am often pleasantly surprised by the people I meet. Please be kind and social but with reasonable boundaries.
