I am looking for a couple, or individual, who will enjoy living in a peaceful flat and the local area.
The flat is on one of the most beautiful roads in south London, Camberwell Grove, lined with trees and Georgian housing. It's on the first floor, so it is filled with natural light, it has high ceilings, and is very spacious. The living room and bedroom are all one room, divided by curtains, which gives it an open, studio feel! The neighbours are fantastic, and there is a real sense of community in Camberwell.

Transport: There are excellent transport links –
Overground from Denmark Hill station, (376 metres!) into Victoria, (10 Mins)
Buses into the city, (22mins), Elephant & Castle & Oval, (15 mins) Waterloo and Vauxhall. (15-20 mins)

Furnished The flat currently has a double bed, washing machine, tumble dryer, all kitchen utensils and Virgin phone/Internet connection.

Camberwell has really good pubs and restaurants and there is a new swimming pool and gym at the end of the road.
East Dulwich is a 15 minute walk, with excellent shops, restaurants and bars.
Brockwell Park and lido is 15 minutes walk, and Dulwich Park 15 minutes by bus.
