The current tenants are three goldsmiths students and a professional, it's a really sociable house and I'm sad to be leaving.
The room comes in at 580 PCM which for the scale of the house is a great deal. There a buses/nightbuses to shoreditch, Waterloo and Central all close by and peckham is nearby for nights out.
