I’m looking for someone to take over the contract on a lovely double room in Peckham/Camberwell. I will be moving out at start of June, and the flat is available until the 15th of the September. £650 a month, with council tax, water and heating bills included. It's a 15 minute walk from Peckham Rye station, and easy walking distance into Camberwell and Peckham. You'd be sharing with two females, one MA student and one young professional. The flat is airy and spacious with good transport links into central London.
