The room is a double, fully furnished in a three bed house. You'd be sharing with two lovely female post-grad students. There's a shared lounge with a TV, nice garden, fully equipped kitchen and upstairs bathroom. Close to Ruskin Park and Brockwell Park. There's also a treadmill in the lounge which you'd be welcome to use.
It's available from early/mid August until early October - flexible, depending on your preferences. There may also be the possibility to renew the contract and stay for another year.
