I will be living abroad until next year and would like to rent out my room.( with the option of extending)
It comes with a double bed with store, large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a tv, and a desk.
You will be sharing with 2 professional females in there 20s

The flat is within a 3-bedroom purpose-built estate and nicely located for local shops and leisure centers.
It is easy to access in central London. West End and the city.
The flat has everything you need, including WIFI cooker and washing machine
I am the living landlord but I travel a lot so you will only be sharing with 2 other persons a professional females both in 20s.

The gas and electricity bills will have to be shared between the two tenants

£600 deposit + one month's rent in advance.
