Double Room in Camberwell, all Bills Included

This is a modern maisonette with four bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms are occupied, with lovely women and a wonderful dog that I am very sad to leave!

Your bedroom will come with a double bed and a clothes rail, but is otherwise unfurnished. You will also have a large cupboard each, and there is a lot of storage space throughout the property. There is a spacious living area, with a garden leading off from it. There are also two bathrooms, and a large kitchen.

The rent is £600 or £700, dependent on which room you take, which includes all bills as well as a cleaner. There is a minimum of 6 months stay.

The maisonette is situated roughly 7 minutes walk from Denmark Hill Station, which has regular trains to Victoria, Farringdon, and Elephant and Castle. It also has the overground which runs to Dalston Junction.

You'll be within walking distance of Camberwell Green, which has many great pubs and restaurants. You'll also be near Dulwich and Peckham, both of which have cinemas, and a multitude of great shops and bars. King's Hospital is a 10 minute walk away.

We are looking for someone who is preferably female, in their mid 20's upwards. Your two housemates will be Charlotte who is 34 and from London, and Beth who is a 24 year old Art student from Peterborough.
