A large bright and airy bedroom near Camberwell Road now available for rent on a Monday to Friday basis.

Happy to discuss shorter midweek lets (Tuesday-Thursday for example) and full week lets on a short term basis.(Price will be adjusted accordingly)

You'd be living with me - a freelance journalist and TV producer from Dublin. I've been living in south London for the past nine years and really love it here.

The flat is on Urlwin Street which is opposite the Burgess Park entrance where its tennis courts are. The area has fantastic public transport links – Buses passing Urlwin Street take you to all corners of central London - you can get to Covent Garden, Oxford Street, Shoreditch and Brick Lane and more as well as most major train stations on one bus. It takes around 15-20 minutes to cycle to London Bridge and Waterloo.
Kennington on the Northern line is under 15 minutes walk away while a 5-minute bus ride will get you to Elephant and Castle which is on the Northern and Bakerloo lines.

The bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe with drawers and a chest of drawers - some space can be made available if you want to leave belongings over the weekend.

The bedroom comes with a view of train tracks and beyond them some lovely back gardens - a very city view with great sunsets. Double-glazing windows mean you can hardly hear the trains as they pass.
There's a large open plan kitchen and sitting room which catches the sun in the morning. The kitchen is fully equipped and I can make some cupboard space available if you want to store stuff here over weekends. There's also a cupboard and fridge space. The sitting room has a TV, plenty of books you can borrow, and the flat has fibre broadband.

There is a large shared bathroom with a bath and shower. Again, storage space can be made available.
