Description
Hello
I have a lovely light and airy good-sized double available in a Victorian flat.
It’s a good-sized period property with large kitchen to eat in, bathroom and separate downstairs loo. The flat is set on 3 floors.
The flat is 3 mins walk from Loughborough Junction station in a quiet street with leafy gardens at the back. A 10 min walk to Brixton and 8 to Camberwell. There’s also buses to Peckham, Brixton and Camberwell if you don’t fancy the walk. For supplies, there's a small co-op, great Nisa and fruit and veg shop at the end of the road.
Ideally, we’d be on the same wavelength in terms of house stuff, ie. look after everything as if they were your own and leave things as you find them. I also try to do my bit in the way of recycling, etc.
I can work quite long hours, which is probably good if you like your own space. When I’ve got time off, or at the weekends, I play tennis, go to the cinema or a gallery, cook (vegetarian) or visit my friends. I’m a sociable person and like a chat but appreciate a bit of quiet and calm at home too.
Let me know if it sounds like the right place for you and feel free to send me a message.
Rent includes internet, water and council tax, electricity and gas. There is also a spot for a bike if you cycle.
