Small Double Room Inc Bills £675 Pm Available

Hello,

I have a room available in my 3 bedroom flat in Camberwell.

It is a small double and is £675pm inc all bills that also includes a cleaner that comes once a month. It is furnished with queen size bed, storage and a small wardrobe are in the room.

The flat is on the first floor of a nice three storey 1950's mansion block. The kitchen is a good size and has a dining table as well as all appliances you'd expect. There is a separate living room, with a 42" TV on the wall and a door to a small balcony complete with just enough room for a mini BBQ. There is one shower room and a separate toilet room.

All bills are included; water, electric, council tax etc, as is BT infinity broadband and TV package with extra BT channels. We also have a great cleaner who comes for 2 hours every week so the place stays nice.

You'll be sharing with Zak, who works for an art studio and is in his mid 20’s.

The tenancy is for a 6 month min.
